Surveys

We use surveys to reach young people who live away from home so that they can tell us about the services they receive and how they are being looked after.

If you have been invited to take part in a survey then this is because the place where you live has been chosen at random. Use your own special login and password to take the survey.

Any problems contact Lilian Clay on 0800 528 0731 or via the contact form. If you don’t have a login or password but still want to take part in any of our surveys - contact us.

Publishing Children's Homes Reports on the Internet

Ofsted helps to make sure that children and young people living in children’s homes are looked after and cared for properly.  It does this by carrying out inspections and you may already have met one of the Ofsted inspectors and seen an Ofsted report about your home.

At the moment inspection reports, written by Ofsted Inspectors, about children's homes are not available from the Ofsted website.  However, Ofsted is thinking about putting them onto their website and they have asked us to help them find out what you think about that idea.

The reports never contain the names of young people living in the home but they are about how you are cared for so have your say in what happens to them…

Survey will run until Tuesday 16 September 2008.
