If you are a user with general public and anonymous access the Children's Rights Director website does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user's IP address which is automatically recognised by the web server.
We do not use cookies for collecting user information and we will not collect any information about you without your permission, except that required for system administration of our web server.

The Children's Rights Director will only collect information volunteered by you, such as survey information, online forms, email address and your preferred means of communication.
The Children's Rights Director and Ofsted are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties. There are two exceptions to this.
Firstly, where we ascertain the views of children or parents through this website, for example through web surveys, we will aggregate the views received into a published report of children's or parents' views on the subject concerned. Such reports may include quotations from material provided, but will not name or in any way identify any individual nor the service they live in or are supported by.
