Activities and free time. Students should have access to a range and choice of activities. Where students are resident at weekends, there should be a range activities available. Students should be aware of what is available before enrolling at the college.
Supervision. Students under 18 are supervised during free time to reduce risks to their welfare. This should be balanced against preserving their freedom to join in activities including outside the college.
Consultation and involvement. Students under 18 are consulted about accommodation and welfare issues such as student meetings and surveys. These views are taken into account in the development and delivery of accommodation and welfare support.
