4. Staffing.

Supervision. Students should know which member of staff is responsible for them whilst resident at the college. Staff should be contactable when needed. Staff do not intrude upon students in their bedrooms or toilet/washing areas in any way that would cause embarrassment. Students privacy is respected.

Staff/student relationships. The college should forbid sexual relationships between staff and students under 18. Students should have a good understanding of staff roles, rights and responsibilities. Any disagreement between staff & student should be dealt with reasonably.

The college does not allow any member of staff to have regular contact with students under 18 unless they have been checked with the Criminal Records Bureau.
